How the minutes are counted
- The clock starts at the first message and stops at the last one. A tab left open afterwards costs nothing.
- Time is rounded up to the next whole minute. A 4-minute-40-second conversation bills as 5 minutes: 58 cents, or 42 on prepaid.
- Voice and text cost the same. Typing instead of talking doesn't change the rate.
- Every conversation is in your dashboard with its length. You can check any charge against the transcript.

What happens when the onboarding offer ends?
Pay as you go returns to $10 an hour. Prepaid customers keep $5 an hour for as long as they stay.
Do prepaid hours expire?
No. Use them over a month or a year.
Can I set a monthly limit?
Not in the app yet. Tell us a number when you sign up and we'll hold you to it by hand until the setting exists.
Is there a setup fee, a seat charge, or a minimum?
No. You add one script tag and pay for conversation time only.
