An AI voice agent for fintech and billing software

Finance buyers read your docs long before they answer your emails. Give them someone who answers from those docs, at any hour.

Quick answer

An AI voice agent on a billing or finance software site answers a controller's detailed questions from your own docs, then shows the answer on your real product pages. Usage-based billing, multi-currency, ERP sync, approvals: it covers them by voice or text, 24/7. It qualifies the buyer, books the meeting, and leaves tax and legal questions to your people.

Why won't finance buyers book a call just to get an answer?

Controllers ask narrow questions. Does it handle usage-based billing with tiered overages? Can one entity invoice in euros and report in dollars? Does the ERP sync go both ways, or only push?

Each has a yes, a no, or an it depends. None is worth a 30-minute discovery call to the person asking. So they open three vendor sites in three tabs and keep reading whichever one answers first.

6sense's 2025 buyer survey puts the point of first contact at 61% of the way through the buying journey. It also found 94% of buying groups had ranked their shortlist before talking to a seller. By the time a controller fills in your form, most of the comparison is done.

What does the agent answer, and where do the answers come from?

It trains on your website, help center and docs, and keeps re-reading them as they change. The buyer asks out loud or types. The agent answers in plain words, then takes them to the page that covers it.

If your docs don't cover a question, the agent says so and passes it to your team. Good. A confident guess about revenue recognition loses a finance buyer faster than an honest "let me get someone".

Can it show the screen instead of describing it?

Yes. Finance buyers remember this part.

Ask how approvals work and the agent opens the approvals page on your site, highlights the rule builder, and explains it while the buyer watches. It moves through your own links and buttons, so nothing is a mock-up. It works on any page that carries your script tag, including a demo account that runs in the browser. More on that in live product demos.

Will it give tax, accounting or legal advice to my visitors?

No. If your product builds revenue schedules, the agent can explain how that feature works. It won't tell a visitor how to recognize their own revenue, whether a cost is deductible, or what their auditor will accept.

Those questions go to a person. The agent says it can't advise on that, offers time with your team, and books it. Banks and advisers have a different set of rules again, covered in financial services.

How does it qualify a finance buyer and book the meeting?

Inside the conversation, with no form. While it answers, it asks what a good rep would ask: company size, how many entities, the current billing and ERP stack, and when they need to switch.

Then it books the meeting on your calendar. Your account exec walks in already knowing the buyer runs two entities and closes the books in spreadsheets. That's lead qualification feeding appointment booking, in one conversation.

What should a fintech team do before turning it on?

Publish the answers you currently save for sales calls. Supported currencies. Sync direction. What the audit log captures. If it only lives in a sales deck, the agent can't use it, and neither can a buyer comparing vendors at 11pm.

Then read the dashboard. Every conversation is there in the buyer's own words. The questions it couldn't answer are your next docs pages.

The install is one script tag. The same approach works for B2B SaaS in general and for vertical SaaS teams selling into one industry.

Frequently asked questions

Does it make up answers about our product?

No. It answers from your site and docs. When something isn't covered, it says so and offers your team instead.

Can it answer security and compliance questions about our company?

Only from what you publish. If your security page lists your certifications, it points buyers there. It won't claim anything your pages don't say.

Can buyers type instead of talking?

Yes. Voice is the default, but plenty of controllers sit in open-plan offices. Typing gets them the same agent and the same answers.

Is what visitors tell it shared with other companies?

No. Your data trains only your own agent and is never shared across customers.

Does it speak other languages?

Yes, over 100 languages. That helps if you sell to finance teams in the UK, Europe or Australia as well as the US.

How much does it cost?

It's all on the pricing page.
