What does 1mind actually do?
It sells what it calls Superhumans: named AI agents that engage, qualify, demo, onboard and support, with the same agent following a buyer across the journey. The use cases it lists are website inbound, riding along on live calls, in-product guidance and customer success. It also now powers the chat on Salesloft, which is where drift.com redirects, so if you were shopping for Drift you have already met it. Its own material argues that breadth, accuracy and latency fight each other and that solving all three at once is the real engineering problem, which is a fair description of the work.
Where does 1mind genuinely win?
Scope and the enterprise sale. One agent across inbound, live calls, in-product and post-sale is more than we do, and the customers it names are large. If you are buying for a revenue organisation, want the agent on calls with your reps as well as on the site, and have procurement, security review and a six-figure budget in the process, that is the shape of product built for you. We are not in that conversation and would not pretend to be.
Where does Agent247 do something different?
You can buy it. 1mind publishes no pricing page and no trial, so the first step is a call with their team and a quote. Ours is published, the first hour is free, and the whole install is one script tag. The scope is narrower on purpose: your website, your visitors, the live page read and clicked every turn. Third parties quote 1mind contracts in the six figures a year, but those are estimates on competitor blogs rather than anything 1mind publishes, so treat the number as folklore and the absence of a price page as the fact.
How do they compare side by side?

The category matrix shows where both sit against the other eight tools, and Agent247 vs Drift covers the Salesloft connection.
So which one should you pick?
If you are an enterprise buying an agent for a whole revenue motion, talk to them. If you are a founder or a small team who wants a voice agent greeting visitors and showing them the product this week, without a procurement cycle, that is what we built. The honest summary: same idea, opposite ends of the market, and the gap between us is commercial rather than technical. Start with what an AI voice agent is if the category is new.
